They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with plenty of storage space, the most powerful PA system in the Balkans, very comfortable bed and care about everyone. The service is great, includes private parking.

It's a clean and excellent hotel. The rooms are brand-new and reasonably large and they have central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV. Staff is efficient and you can park your car onsite. The location is comfy, we could see street🙂😃

The hotel was fantastic and the staff efficient, excellent location right in the centre of the city. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Had well-equipped room with very comfortable bed, a great view and kettle for a just perfect stay. There were a fridge and glassware upon arrival.

Facilities were good, however Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel was clean with best possible location right in the center of town and well-equipped rooms. The room with a great view. Central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV were provided.

Centrally located hotel with modern and clean lobby. The room was spacious and comfortable with a comfortable bed and reliable internet. The breakfast offered a variety of options including fresh croissants and hard boiled eggs which were the best.

The service was not up to scratch and the staff wasn't very helpful. The front desk staff was not aware of the latest payment methods and this caused inconvenience, also, there were no phones in the rooms.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect, just minutes away from the city center. Secondly, the staff were really kind and helpful throughout my stay. Moreover, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great view from the balcony. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was a nice added bonus.

Perfect location - walking distance to everything we wanted to see including a museum and a beautiful mosque. Hotel facilities were clean and modern, with ample parking and transportation options. Staff was attentive and friendly, and the breakfast was a delicious start to our day.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were great.

Great value for money and strategically located in the city center. the breakfast included a nice variety of options and the staff were helpful and friendly. the cleanliness of the rooms was also commendable. We particularly enjoyed the complementary bottle of champagne and late check-out that was offered to guests for New Year's Day celebrations.

The noise level from the AC unit made it quite hard to sleep at night. the other downside was the parking situation which was quite annoying because of limited spots.
